1. Who we are

EpicycleMaker is operated by Red Tail Stables LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 1545 E Lansdowne Ave, Orange City, FL 32763. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

2. Information we collect

Account data: when you sign in with GitHub or Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and an account identifier.

Payment data: payments are handled by Coinflow. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your subscription status.

Technical data: our hosting provider may process IP addresses and standard request logs for security and reliability.

Fraud prevention: to protect payments, a script from nSure, Coinflow's fraud-prevention partner, collects device and interaction signals on our pages.

3. Your videos stay on your device

Videos are generated locally in your browser. The options you choose and the files you render are not uploaded to our servers.

4. How we use information

We use your information to sign you in, provide your subscription, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use a secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember your color theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that help run the Service: GitHub and Google for sign-in, Coinflow and its fraud-prevention partner nSure for payments, and our cloud hosting provider.

7. Data retention

We do not keep a separate user database. Your sign-in session is stored in a cookie for up to 30 days. Coinflow retains payment records as required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email support@epicyclemaker.shop.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. International users

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed there.
