Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of EpicycleMaker (the “Service”), operated by Red Tail Stables LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 1545 E Lansdowne Ave, Orange City, FL 32763 (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

EpicycleMaker is a web application that generates Fourier epicycle videos from map data. Generation runs in your browser. Previews are free. Downloading videos requires a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with GitHub or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Pro plan costs $10 USD per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. Taxes or payment-method fees shown at checkout may apply. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Coinflow.

Payments with a digital wallet buy a one-time 30-day pass that does not renew.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Your videos

While your Pro plan is active you may download videos and use them in personal and commercial projects, including monetized social media content. Videos you exported during an active plan remain yours to use after the plan ends.

You may not resell the Service, redistribute the underlying scene data, or attempt to bypass download restrictions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to reverse engineer its protected data, or to use automated means to extract its content.

7. Map data

Maps are based on public-domain Natural Earth data and are provided for artistic and educational purposes. Borders are not an authoritative statement about any political or legal status.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its branding belong to Red Tail Stables LLC. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the Service as described.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Performance depends on your device and browser.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
