Refund Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
7-day refund on your first payment
If EpicycleMaker does not work for you, email support@epicyclemaker.shop within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
30-day passes
A 30-day pass bought with a digital wallet is a one-time payment and does not renew. The 7-day first-payment refund also applies to your first pass.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable. If you were charged after canceling, or were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Technical problems
If you could not export videos because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will fix the issue or refund the affected payment.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks can take 5 to 10 business days to post them. Crypto payments are refunded at the USD amount of the original charge.
